IMRT

IMRT is one of the most technologically advanced cancer treatment methods available in external beam radiation therapy. IMRT uses a computer program to design a precise dose distribution plan that conforms closely to the shape of the target volume (the tumor) and a computer controlled, beam-shaping multileaf collimator (MLC) to deliver that plan. The result is a modulation of radiation intensity across the target volume with the highest dose going to the tumor and the lowest dose to the surrounding healthy tissues

Treatment Package Includes

Duration of Stay –  50 nights

1. Investigation,

2. Radiation, 

3. Concurrent Chemotherapy if required,

4. Medicine Charges.

5. Doctor fee
   

Treatment Package Excludes

• Charges for inpatient stays in excess of 50 Nights. 

• Charges for intensive care, if necessary.

• Outpatient fees and expenses incurred before admission.

• Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals.

• Take-home medications and supplies

Other Services include: 

• Single AC rooms with attached bath, TV, Telephone and with the facility of one Attendant’s stay.

• Meals/ Laundry for attendant will be provided by the Hospital

Special Care Package Includes

• 01 Pre and 03 nights post Hospitalisation stay on CP (room + breakfast) basis at Hotel, close to the treating institution (depending upon the kind of treatment)

• Return Airport transfer & Hotel to Hospital transfer using Air Conditioned medium car.

Special Care Package Excludes

• Any expenses of personal nature or any other item not mentioned in the clause “Special Care Package Includes”

Add-On Charges:

1. If one or more stents are required, the charges will be added to the package at prevailing rates.

2. Room upgrades are charged at the difference of the room rates.

Note: *Treating institution shall be solely responsible for the treatment and related/unrelated medical issues. Kuoni or DivaCARE or Tour Club Care shall not be responsible for the same.
